Last updated · September 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how TruTed collects, uses, stores, and protects information when your business uses FlowBook. It applies to the businesses, team members, and visitors who interact with the platform and our marketing site.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — business name, contact details, and team member logins used to access FlowBook.
- Business data you enter — clients, projects, proposals, invoices, purchases, expenses, and accounting records your team adds to the platform.
- Usage information — how FlowBook is used, to help us maintain performance and improve the product.
- Contact form submissions — name, company, email, and phone number when you request a demo or reach out to our team.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain FlowBook for your business.
- Support electronic invoicing workflows connected to JoFotara.
- Respond to demo requests and support inquiries.
- Improve reliability, security, and the overall product.
4. How we protect your data
FlowBook is built as a cloud-based platform with access controls limiting data to authorized team members within your business. Business data is not shared with other FlowBook customers, and access by TruTed staff is limited to what's needed to provide support and maintain the platform.
5. Sharing information
We don't sell business or personal data. Information may be shared with:
- Service providers who help operate FlowBook (such as hosting infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.
- Third-party integrations your business chooses to enable, such as JoFotara or a payment provider, to the extent needed for that integration to function.
- Authorities, where required by applicable Jordanian law or a valid legal request.
6. Data retention
We retain business data for as long as your FlowBook subscription is active. If a subscription ends, your business may request an export of its data, after which the data is deleted within a reasonable period in line with our data retention practices.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting us. Requests related to business records are coordinated with your business's designated administrator.
8. Cookies
Our marketing site may use limited cookies or similar technologies to understand site usage. These do not include sensitive business or financial data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as FlowBook evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your business, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to hello@truted.com or through our contact page.
