Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of FlowBook, provided by TruTed.

Last updated · September 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FlowBook, a cloud-based business management and accounting platform operated by TruTed ("TruTed", "we", "us"). By accessing or using FlowBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

2. Who can use FlowBook

FlowBook is intended for businesses and the authorized team members they invite. You must have the authority to bind your business to these Terms, and you're responsible for the accuracy of the information your business submits, including account, client, and financial data entered into the platform.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Your business may manage which team members have access to FlowBook and at what level.
  • We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and plans

FlowBook is offered in configurable plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise, or a custom arrangement) agreed with your business directly, rather than a fixed public price. Plan scope, modules, billing frequency, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before your subscription begins, and again whenever the plan changes.

5. Your business data

You retain ownership of the business, financial, and client data you submit to FlowBook. We use that data to operate, maintain, and improve the platform on your behalf, and we do not claim ownership over your business records. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowBook to violate applicable law, including Jordanian financial or e-invoicing regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other businesses' data or to the platform's underlying systems.
  • Interfere with FlowBook's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests.

7. JoFotara and third-party integrations

FlowBook connects to JoFotara and may connect to other third-party services (such as payment providers) that your business chooses to enable. Those services have their own terms and requirements, and TruTed is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep FlowBook available and reliable, but scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect access. Support channels and response expectations are outlined in your plan agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may end a FlowBook subscription in line with the terms agreed at signup. On termination, your business may request an export of its data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.

10. Limitation of liability

FlowBook is provided as a business tool to support, not replace, your business's own financial and legal judgment. To the extent permitted by law, TruTed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to your business, and continued use of FlowBook after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
